Our team:

Danny
Operations & Commercial Manager
Danny brings over twelve years of experience in the staffing industry to Labour Talent. After graduating in Commercial Economics, he worked in various regions, where he built extensive experience in sales and developing strong client relationships. Today, he uses that experience to help companies and international professionals find the right match.
At Labour Talent, Danny connects businesses with international professionals. He believes that successful recruitment is about more than finding the right people. When recruitment, housing and support are well organised, both clients and international professionals benefit from a smooth and successful collaboration.
Danny believes in a personal and transparent way of working. He values clear communication, making sure clients always know what to expect and international professionals receive the support they need throughout the entire process. By working this way, he builds long-term relationships with both clients and international professionals.

Thom
Accountmanager
After graduating in International Business, Thom gained experience in the automotive industry and worked as a recruitment consultant for two years. During that time, he was involved in sales, recruitment and account management, where he discovered that his greatest strengths lie in building relationships and maintaining personal contact with clients.
At Automotive Talent, part of Labour Talent, Thom focuses on sales, account management and new business. He helps companies that struggle to fill technical positions within the automotive industry and spends much of his time visiting clients, building new connections and strengthening existing relationships. He believes that long-term partnerships start with getting to know each other.
For Thom, sales is not about closing a quick deal. It's about building trust and developing long-term relationships. With an honest and personal approach, he works closely with clients to find solutions that fit their organisation. Combining the commercial side of the job with helping people is what motivates him every day.

Melissa
Talent Operations Coordinator
Melissa has been part of the Automotive Talent team, part of Labour Talent, since the very beginning. With a background in hospitality, including experience in the hotel industry and at a hospitality staffing agency, she brings valuable expertise in supporting people and maintaining strong relationships.
As Talent Operations Coordinator, Melissa is responsible for the final stage of the process before a candidate starts their new job. Once a candidate has been hired, she coordinates their journey to the Netherlands. She works closely with the payroll partner, oversees the contractual process and makes sure practical arrangements, such as housing, are in place before the candidate arrives.
Melissa stays closely involved after candidates have started as well. She keeps in touch with both international professionals and clients, regularly checks in to see how things are going and is the first point of contact for any questions or practical matters. By maintaining close contact with everyone involved, she keeps communication clear and ensures the entire process runs smoothly for both clients and international professionals.

Shadia
Recruitment Coordinator
Shadia is responsible for recruitment and front office operations at Automotive Talent, part of Labour Talent. She screens candidates, conducts video interviews, prepares professional CVs in Dutch and maintains close contact with external recruitment partners. She also actively searches for suitable candidates to match with available vacancies.
What Shadia enjoys most about her work is connecting with people. She looks beyond a candidate's experience on paper and takes the time to understand their strengths and potential. For many candidates, a new job is about more than just work. It's the start of a new chapter and Shadia is proud to play a part in that journey.
Having moved to the Netherlands herself four years ago, Shadia understands the questions and uncertainties that come with starting a new life in another country. That personal experience allows her to relate to international professionals and support them throughout their journey to the Netherlands.
